Vikrant Massey Meets Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ahead Of Biopic, Says Spiritual Guru 'Mere Sab Kuch Hain'

Vikrant Massey is set to portray spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in the upcoming biographical drama White. In a special moment, Vikrant recently met Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in person and got visibly emotional while speaking about what this role means to him. His words at the satsang gave fans a glimpse of how deeply personal this project is for him. Along with Vikrant, Sunil Grover, Sajid Nadiadwala, and Rajkumar Hirani were also present.

Vikrant Massey On Playing Sri Sri Ravi Shankar At a satsang, a teary-eyed Vikrant Massey opened up about the significance of being cast in this role. He said he feels deeply grateful to get the opportunity to portray someone he considers his Gurudev, his guide, and his everything. He said in Hindi, "Mujhe aapka role bhi karne ka mauka mil gaya… jeevan mein ek aise vyakti ka kirdar nibhane ka mauka mil gaya jo, jaise maine kaha, mere Gurudev hain, mera ghar hain, mere margdarshak hain, mere sab kuch hain… so I’m really grateful (I got the opportunity to play your role… I got the chance in this life to portray a person who is my Gurudev, my home, my guide, my everything… so I'm really grateful.)" How Vikrant Massey Prepared For The Role The 12th Fail actor is leaving no stone unturned in his preparation. As early as October 2024, Vikrant met Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and has since been regularly visiting the Art of Living Ashram in Bengaluru to understand the spiritual leader's way of life and mannerisms.

He even enrolled in the Happiness Programme at the ashram to truly get into the skin of his character. On the physical side, Vikrant also underwent a noticeable transformation, growing his hair longer and altering his appearance to closely resemble Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on screen. About White And Vikrant Massey's Upcoming Projects White is directed by Montoo Bassi and produced by Siddharth Anand under Marflix Pictures, along with Mahaveer Jain Films and Peacecraft Pictures. The film's principal photography is currently believed to be underway in Colombia.

Beyond White, Vikrant has a strong lineup ahead. He will be seen in Talaakhon Mein Ek, directed by Bodhayan Roychaudhury, alongside leading lady Raashii Khanna. His upcoming slate also includes Yaar Jigri, making it a busy phase for the actor. Vikrant was last seen in a brief appearance in Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj's O Romeo earlier this year.
